Make sure to visit the 4th Annual Wildlife of Lakewood photo exhibition! This volunteer-organized and resident-featured exhibition celebrates and tells the stories of the vibrant and diverse wildlife found throughout our city.
All the photographs featured are submitted by residents of Lakewood, Colorado and represent all ages, backgrounds, and experience.
When: March 1-31, 2025, during Cultural Center open hours (see below)
Where: Lakewood Cultural Center, Corner Gallery, 470 S. Allison Pkwy.
Free and open to the public during all normal hours of operation (Mon.-Fri.: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sat.: 9 a.m.-1 p.m. as well as evenings during theater events & classes)
This program’s purpose is to increase awareness and appreciation for the remarkable animals and natural environments that contribute to the charm of Lakewood. By sharing everyday images of local wildlife, Wildlife of Lakewood aims to inspire sustainability not only within Lakewood but also in the larger world. By highlighting the beauty of our local wildlife, we hope to foster a deeper connection to nature and encourage responsible living.
